The Vampire Kitty-cat Chronicles
By Ray Rhamey

In this laugh-out-loud novel, Ray Rhamey introduces a most loveable new character—Patch, the world’s first vampire cat.

The Vampire Kitty-cat Chronicles turns vampire mythology on its head when a starving vampire turns Patch, a calico tomcat, into breakfast–and a vampire kitty-cat. Patch tells his story with a deliciously snarky cat take on the world as he struggles to find a new life, as it were, when he is plunged into the vampire underground of Bloomsburg, Illinois.

In the process, he’s almost skewered with a stake by a mob with blazing torches, tried for murder, just about shotgunned into undead pieces, comes inches from having his tail cut off and seconds from being fried by the sun

Oh, yeah, and turned into a (shudder) politician.

On the other paw, he does hook up with a sweet Siamese, and it looks like he’s on the way to winning that election . . .

Patch’s adventures—and commentary on all things people and dogs—will have readers chuckling. This story, and this character, will very much be a bright, light spot in any reader’s day.
